Rita has worked in many areas of the legal profession from matters as simple as residential real estate to as complex as immigration. Through it all, her passion for family law has been the driving force in her professional career. Rita now works exclusively in family law matters such as divorce, custody, domestic violence, and guardianship cases.

Rita uses her background in all areas of law, sociology, and psychology to provide a holistic approach to her client’s legal matters. She is very happy to amicably resolve any issue by crafting a legally binding agreement between family members in an effort to save her clients time, money, and sanity. Nevertheless, Rita is not shy about being a bulldog to fight for her client's best interests in court.

Received Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law. During Rita's time at Rutgers School of Law, she primarily participated in the following activities:
-Civil Justice Clinic: This allowed her to practice law, before being admitted, under the supervision of a well known and experienced attorney.
-Senior Notes Editor for Rutgers Law Record: This allowed her to be instrumental in what was published in an accredited legal journal referenced directly by the courts as well as legal counsel.
-Student Leader of the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice Divorce Clinic.
-Received certification in cost effective research.

Caitlin Dawson
Attorney at Law
Caitlin has worked in property law, juvenile public defense, and education law, but family law is where her heart truly lies. From her time as a family law fellow in law school, she knew she was meant to help families through life’s most challenging moments; whether that be divorce, custody battles, guardianship, or domestic violence, her goal is to always fight for her client’s best interests. Caitlin draws on her wide-ranging legal experience to provide guidance, support, and advocacy, standing with her clients through every challenge.

Caitlin received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. During her time at Capital Caitlin dove headfirst into legal work and advocacy. The most notable of which being:
-Family Law Fellow;
-Her work with the Juvenile Defense Department at the Ohio Public Defender’s Office;
-Her work with a notable Midwestern Community Association and Property law firm.

Caitlin received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in English Literature from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Her most notable college experiences include:
-Involvement in a nonprofit, which focused on financial literacy and social justice for Miami’s indigent population
-Being awarded the Brink Award for her thesis exploring human rights violations in the U.S. foster care system, a topic that continues to influence her perspective and commitment to supporting vulnerable families.

Senior Paralegal
Kimberly joined Pincaro Law in 2024. Since then, she has been putting her over 20 years of experience assisting law firms as a legal assistant and paralegal to work. Family law is where her passion lies as she strongly believes that achieving a good resolution for a family is one of the most important roles anyone in the legal field can provide. With her dedication to family law, after years of experience, she has developed a great understanding of what her role as paralegal can offer. She has also gained excellent insight and understanding into the best methods for helping clients who are trying to navigate the challenging issues that can arise with their family law cases.
